High-carbon stainless steel blade-It is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel that maintains its functionality for a long time. And to boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.6-0.75 carbon. This makes it two times as hard as other knives in its class as they contain about 0.3% carbon

Multi-functional knife-The gyutou knife is classified and designed to be multipurpose knife for professional applications .It cuts, dices, slices, chops and also cuts meat off bones. It comes with a HRC( Rockwell Hardness Scale) of 52-56 which makes it among the tough knives in its class

Ergonomic color wood handle- To make it more professional and minimize any fatigue, finger numbness or aches after holding it continuously for an extended time the knife's handle is made from color wood . This is material that originates from Africa and its known for its comfort, strength and stability

Ultra-sharp edge- Sharpness is key to achieving the best cuts and this is evident in the knife's blade which is quite sharp and will remain this way even after tough tasks such as cutting tough meat or removing flesh from bones. The sharpness is further boosted by use of the latest German engineering

Corrosion and anti-tarnish blade- In addition to carbon, 16-18% chrome is also included in the blade's metal composition. This gives its a glossy finish which will not fade or tarnish even after using it for a long time

Tips:
The blade is 7CR17 stainless steel, the surface of the laser Damascus pattern, very beautiful, good workmanship, razor sharp, keep your kitchen away from the blunt knife, and enjoy your kitchen life!

Pretty impressive knife but the damascus is fake

This is a pretty good knife, it handles well and has good balance. The handle is particularly comfortable. But the damascus is only a pattern, the knife is not a Damascus blade. The design is etched on, which I think is irritating and disappointing. The sharpness also has a little bit of inconsistency near the handle at the base of the blade. But overall, this is a good blade and it matches its price point.

Heavy construction full tang!

This brisket knife is beautifully designed out of one solid piece of metal. With Damascus forging this knife will hold a sharp edge. Handles are attached by rivets.

Very nice

I needed a new knife for cutting large pieces of meat, and this brisket knife fits the bill. It is very sharp and worked great to butterfly fillets. The handle is comfortable to hold and the knife has a good weight to it. The box it comes in is also nice to store it in a drawer, and would work great for gifting. The product images are accurate. I now want a couple of their other knives to match this one.

Great looking super sharp knife

I love the look and feel of this knife. It is well balanced with a nice damascus pattern. We used it to carve our Christmas turkey and it sliced like butter. The granton blade is great for slicing and prevents the meat from sticking and moving with the blade. We also cut up a standing NY Strip roast into steaks and they turned out nice and even. The lifetime warranty makes this knife a great bargain.

Great granton knife

Can't go wrong with this knife. For as cheap as some of these meat carving knives are I can't understand why everyone doesn't have one. This knife is a razor out of the box. Nice wooden handle and long enough for my brisket and hams. Blade is sturdy and semi rigid so not enough flex to be a problem. The granton edge helps with meat staying where it is and not pulling with the knife. Not tall so again no problem pulling meat with the knife. Handle doesn't slip when cutting larger pieces of meat but I wouldn't trust any handle if it is greasy. Good knife for the price.
