I bought the DFLTO knife set at a great clearance price from this site. After accepting my order, DFLTO canceled it and delayed the refund, stating: "Order Cancelled on June 10, 2025 at 3:39 pm. Reason: Staff error."
Rather than accepting their mistake and conceding to the purchase, I must find another Father’s Day Gift in time. I am in sales and have made mistakes and accepted the loss, DFLTO does not support their customers – take you r business elsewhere.
