I've been using Victorinox knifes for decades. Sharp. Sturdy. Long lasting. Last knife you need to buy.
These knives are great if you usually buy cheap knife blocks, and you just need one sharp knife in each size. It's definitely the sharpest set I've ever owned, and I use the large carving knife for pretty much everything. I do think that for the price, they should've come with the sturdy hard rubber handles. But it doesn't affect how well the knife cuts, so I'm still happy with the product.
Personally for me this is the best brand of knives Ive owned. The handle is light but firm, the knives are super sharp and precise, they keep their sharpness (my parents have them and theyve never have to sharpen them, still as sharp as the first day). Its an amazing purchase that will last you a looong time.
Very happy with these knives! After reading reviews, these were identified as the best bang for your buck knives around and I have to agree. They slice and dice with ease. No sawing through food anymore. Such a quality of life increase for such little cost. Paired these with a magnetic knife block and couldnt be happier!
