How To Care Your Knife Set?
1. Please clean the knife when using the knife for the first time.
2. To maintain life span of your knives, please don't try it on the dishwasher, hand wash is highly recommended.
3. Please DO NOT use corrosive detergents and scratching sponges to clean the knife surface,they will damage the protective layer, making knives lose glossiness.
4. To remove any difficult stains, you can soak it in the water for a few minutes before cleaning.
5. After cleaning the knives, dry them with soft cloth and place them in back to the base.

Wasn't expecting a lot for the price but the serrated cutting edge is good on these knives. They are quite lightweight, I would have liked somethig a little heavier.
