Bought these batteries online at WM.com knowing we'd need more AAs soon. Didn't open until a few months later b/c we didn't need them yet. Opened pack - dead (ok), but also will not charge. Tried to initiate return, but WM says it's past the return. I get that, but literally 12 of the 16 are in packaging still. And this isn't a "unhappy with performance" thing, it's a "literally these don't work and won't take a charge" thing. Hoping company may offer a solution.
