Shipping Policy

Expedited Shipping Option

For customers who choose our Expedited Shipping (No Tracking) option, please note that we will only provide proof of shipment. After shipment, tracking information will not be available, and there is a potential risk that the item may not arrive at your doorstep.

If your order has not been received within 60 days, please contact us. We will escalate the issue to our Level 2 Support Team and issue a refund or replacement without any problem.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days after being placed and shipped on the following business day after processing.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is correct and complete. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to contact you to update the shipping details, which may cause delivery delays.

Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by your local postal service or a local courier company. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, and your package may arrive together with your regular mail.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notification card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.

Packages returned due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or recipient unavailability will not be eligible for reshipment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that allows you to track the status of your order.

Customers who select Economy Shipping can track their order through China Post.


Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Once the package reaches the destination country, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the recipient. Bedingbag is not responsible for these charges.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations regarding restricted items. We are not responsible for items that are not accepted in specific countries or regions.


Foreign Transaction Fees

If your credit card account is issued in a currency other than U.S. dollars, you may be charged at an exchange rate different from the one displayed on our website.

You may also be subject to foreign transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies.

We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional charges applied by your bank or credit card issuer.
