Order process

Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before it can be "shipped".
Please refer to the following different order status descriptions:

waiting for payment:
The status of this order is unpaid. Please feel free to pay for your order. After receiving your payment, we will process your order.

Payment pending:
Due to transaction delays or other reasons, we have not received your payment at this time. If the payment is successfully completed, please send us the transaction ID or proof of payment to speed up the process.
If your payment is not received within 20 days from the date you placed the order, we will automatically cancel your order.

Payment Fail:
You tried to pay us by credit card or other payment method, but the payment failed. Please try to make another payment using another bank account. If the payment is successfully completed, please send us the transaction ID or proof of payment.

Payment confirmation:
You just paid for the order, we will process your order as soon as possible, please be patient.
An order status of "Processing" means that your order has been entered into our system and sent to the warehouse to prepare for shipment.
The order status will remain "Processing" until the shipping information is updated from the warehouse.
If your order status still shows "Processing in 48 hours", it does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your order. This simply means that your order is still queued for delivery.
-After placing the order: If there is any change in the inventory, you will receive a notification email from us and you need to take action. Please check your email promptly.

Your order is dispatched out of the warehouse. Your order can no longer be edited.

Your order has been shipped and is now being processed. Please check the order information in your account, and then you can track the product online (if it is a tracked order).

Confirm delivery
You have confirmed receipt of the ordered goods on the website. If you have not actually received the goods, please check the order logistics details or contact our customer service.

Your order status has been refunded. We have arranged a refund for you. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.
